Insured Dental Patients
Options for Patients with Dental Insurance
Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid as per the contract agreement.
We work with most Insurance companies and will do our best to file your claim for you. You will be responsible for any balance not taken care of by your insurance policy. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, we will discuss treatment cost with you prior to treatment. Insurance policies vary, so we are available to review your insurance with you to determine the appropriate course of action.
We are not a Medicaid provider.
Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our New Patient Registration Forms and provide a copy of your current insurance card.
